Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

At IDARA KITAB UL SHIFA, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit

Note: Unboxing video and clear photos are strongly recommended for faster approval.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

• Mismatch with syllabus or course requirements
• Printing or typographical errors inside the book
• Used, marked, or damaged books after delivery
• Entrance exam books, study materials, or notes
• Requests raised after the 5-day window

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused
• Must be in original condition
• Must include original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

4. Refund Process

After the returned item is received and inspected, we notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are generally processed within 3-21 working days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.

6. Return Shipping

• If return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we bear return shipping.
• In other approved cases, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
