Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

At Idara Kitab Ul Shifa, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit

Refund requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Mismatch with syllabus or course requirement
• Printing or typographical errors inside the book
• Used, marked, or damaged books after delivery

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

4. Processing Time

Refunds are usually processed within 3–21 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.
