1. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery and are accepted only for wrong product delivery or transit damage.

2. Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

3. Non-Returnable Cases

• Used, marked, or customer-damaged books
• Entrance exam books, study materials, and notes
• Requests after 5 days of delivery

4. Cancellation Rules

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
