1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items.

• Entrance exam books
• Study materials and notes

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed after return verification.
